The rate of a smartphones or mobile phones is from 9 to 12 months. Either the mobile phone is resold, or stored in a drawer or sometimes, it goes into the hands of children. And I have even seen sometimes being used for musical rattle. For Christmas, here is a gift to rattle mobile phone to keep in touch with your child, even when away from your home.

In the U.S., Firefly sells two models of mobile phones for children. The FlyPhone and GlowPhone, the keyboard has a butterfly form with two keys. The one representing the mother and the other the father. These are two shortcut keys can call the parents directly.

These mobile phone has a parental control, it’s possible to limit incoming and outgoing calls. The FlyPhone about it some more board games, has a MP3 player and can send and receive SMS. However, as recalled by the WHO, it’s recommended as a precautionary measure to limit the use of mobile phones in more possible before the age of 14.

You think you’ve seen everything: Here is the Bang & Olufsen with their new BeoCom2 wireless telephones. It’s a rather daring design, but apart from that it doesn’t look very practical for daily use, unless you want to hit flies or knock a thief with your telephone. Each telephone is made from a block of bent aluminium, which gives us this form which is supposed to facilitate the grip. The BeoCom2 wireless telephones are available in a half-dozen colors including white, blue, yellow, grey, black and natural aluminum. They are available in Korea.

CyberPower launches the PC Power Video Series desktops

These models are designed for people who work on High Definition Video daily, including NVIDIA graphics cards and AMD with enough processing power and hardware to do the job twice as fast. ACO V22 Verfino: 22-inch display for January

ACO announces the release of a new display for early next year. This is the V22 Verfino.

This 22-inch model displays a resolution of 1680 x 1050 pixels. Its contrast is 100,000:1 in dynamic and the brightness doesn’t exceed 300 cd/m². This means that it’s better not to be in a too wise room to enjoy this display. Its consumption should, however, not break the ceiling by using a LED backlighting. The display has a response time of 2ms. For accessories, ACO includes a 1.3 megapixel Webcam and two speakers of 1.5 watts. The connection is limited to a VGA port and an HDMI, DVI point for this monitor. Available in two finishes, the V22 Verfino should be sold at an “affordable” price according to its manufacturer.

The Antec Sonata Elite desktop is very silent

Nobody likes the noise generated by desktops, so Antec has released the Sonata Elite. It may contain seven hard drives and an equal number of expansion slots. The desktop has a steel design with two layers and a plastic panels on the side and panels above. Silicone eyelets are used to reduce vibration, while two fans of 1200mm will develop important airflows to generate less noise. Cleaning is easy with removable, washable filters. The Sonata Elite desktop supports motherboards Mini-ITX, MicroATX and standard ATX, including two USB ports on the front, one eSATA port and audio in and out ports with HD compatible. You have a split of three 5.25-inch bays, four 3.5-inch bays and a 5.25-inch to 3.5-inch adapter. The Sonata Elite desktop costs a price around $120.

The Android G2 would be under development

The more you look it, the more the T-Mobile G1 mobile phone resembles to an unfinished product, something that would be corrected on the G2. According to the rumors found on the Internet about the T-Mobile G2, it includes a full touch screen, no physical QWERTY keyboard. The trackball is still there, and there are opportunities that it will be released in April because of software problems. It’s likely that T-Mobile is the operator of choice, as G1, G2, G3 and so on are the brands of the operator. The G2 mobile phone seems logical, since the HTC Touch HD isn’t available in US.

The Nokia XpressMusic 5800 mobile phone will make the U.S. happy, because it integrates 3G. As there is no AT&T logo on the pictures proved that this mobile phone will be released unlocked and non-subsidized, then it should cost more. Pricing and availability are not known yet.

Dell Malaysia unveils the Studio 14 laptop

Dell Malaysia has made available the Studio 14 laptop – the first Studio model under 15 inches from the firm. In the Studio 14 laptop, you will find the followin specifications:

  • 14-inch LED backlit screen
  • Resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels
  • Intel Core 2 Duo 2.1GHz
  • 2GB of RAM
  • Hard Drive 250GB
  • GMA X3100 integrated graphics controller

It costs a price around $1040 after conversion and is equipped with Windows Vista Home Premium.

Sony could release a new VAIO laptop

Sony teases us with a new page on its New Zealander website seems to point towards a new “revolutionary VAIO laptop”, which would change the way we look at laptops. Well, knowing Sony, this could be their incursion into netbooks, or it could be an ultraportable laptop entirely new. Most will look to the first, because Sony and Apple should release their netbook, and a netbook with the VAIO brand will be all the rage in the market if it doesn’t exceed $500.
