Acer K10 pocket projector

Sunday, March 8th, 2009

Acer has shown its K10 pocket projector at CeBIT, and this little wonder has a resolution of 800×600 pixels. Obviously, we shouldn’t expect too much from its pocket projectors as they are as good as possible, given the size, price and specifications. How many of our readers already have a handheld projector, and you use for which occasions? Hopefully they will not give up mobile phones with integrated projectors in the near future.

BenQ GP1 mobile projector

Tuesday, January 20th, 2009

BenQ has shown its mobile projector GP1 at Texas Instruments booth at the sight of all the recent CES 2009, and this device can project movies, pictures, and office applications from a USB flash memory, and without a laptop to act as an intermediary. Apparently, the technology eliminates more and more bridges that make life so easy, which is a good thing. The BenQ GP1 projector will be available in March at a price of $599. Don’t expect images of extraordinary quality with a small engine.
