Two new netbooks in Japan

The Japanese love netbooks, like the rest of the world, and two new models release in Japan today, and it seems we don’t see elsewhere. The Kohjinsha ML6 has a glossy screen of 8.9″ (1024 x 600) and weighs 1kg. Regarding the Trigem Averatec AVN0270NB, this netbook of 10.2″ has a resolution of 1024 x 576 with a battery life of 5 hours. The specifications between these two netbooks include an Intel Atom N270, 1GB of RAM, a 160GB hard drive and Wi-Fi connectivity. The ML6 and the AVN0270NB are respectively priced at $408 and $459.

Another netbook by Samsung: the N310 with a battery life of 11 hours

A new netbook just made its appearance at Samsung, this is the N310. Obviously for the Korean market, it is fairly standard with an LCD screen of 10.1″, a 160GB hard drive, 1GB of RAM, Bluetooht, WiFi, a 1.3-megapixel camera, the 3G/3G+, the WiBro (WiMAX) and a battery life of 5 hours of up to 11 hours with an optional battery. Available in several colors, but no price announced.

Samsung N110 laptop: the successor to the NC10

The Samsung NC10 is one of the best netbook at the moment but the Korean brand has already announced its successor, the N110. With a thinner design, this new netbook is not so different from its predecessor as it is equipped with a screen of 10.2″ (1024 x 600 resolution), an Intel Atom N270 1.6 GHz with 1GB of RAM, a 160GB hard drive, Windows XP and battery life until 8 hours. Price: $469.

Sotec unveils the C103 netbook

Sotec is not as famous as Asus in netbooks, but that does not mean it can not escape its own. Their latest model is the Sotec C103 which includes standard specifications:

Intel Atom N270 1.6GHz
Screen of 10.1″ with 1024×600 resolution
160GB Hard Drive
1GB of RAM
Wi-Fi Connectivity

It will be in black and white version – it would be cool to see Sotec add a myriad of colors to look more attractive.

Apple MacBook Nano

It is rumored that there would be a MacBook Nano. This time, we have an image of the model. How LG had this information (or should we say, rumor) about this? Well, anyway, we are attracted by rumors like insects by light, then treat yourself with this picture. Many speculate that there will be a OLED touchscreen. After all, we can not expect less because Apple has paid to LG half a billion dollars in R&D in touch technology. You think a MacBook Nano worth it or not?

HP Enviro batteries

Sonata declares that their Li-ion cells can deliver a sustainable performance for three years, which is a battery life three times longer than most laptop batteries. HP also added a three-year warranty. These batteries are Ecolabel certified, don’t worry about polluting the environment. The prices start at $149.99.

GD-Itronix GD8000 rugged laptop

GD-Itronix has introduced its GD8000 rugged laptop, which is superior to standard MIL-STD 810F of the U.S. army. The original specification required that the device is resistant to falls from a height of 90cm and start 26 times consecutively just after, GD-Itronix says that their product may fall from 15cm more. Moreover, it can operate as if nothing had happened after being doused in more than 113 liters at a speed of 64km/h for four hours non-stop. You will need strong shoulders because GD8000 weighs 3kg, and will include the following specifications:

MSI VR430 laptop

MSI in Taiwan unveiled its first laptop computer that brings VR430 Color Film Print Technology with patterns of waves on the design, presenting something different about the laptop market. It also committed to preserving the environment, with its exclusive ECO Engine, which allows you to consume less energy by using your laptop. Specifications include an LCD screen of 14.1″ with a resolution of 1280×800 pixels, a 1.3-megapixel webcam with an internal microphone, a memory 4-in-1 card reader and three USB 2.0 ports. You can have up to 4GB of RAM if you wish, and the VR430 is equipped with a ATI Mobility Radeon HD3200 graphics card.
