Motion Computing J3400 Rugged Tablet PC

Motion Computing has recently released its rugged tablet PC, the J3400, which combines the ergonomics and functionality in a single lightweight, making it ideal for mobile workers who must work at the computer where they are. It has a dual battery feature enables it to last a day, and a screen on which we can see on the outside. Running an Intel Centrino, the J3400 has a shockproof 1.8″ hard disk, a 64GB SSD as an option, if you think that your data need more protection, a 2 megapixel webcam, a fingerprint reader, integrated GPS, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

The Fujitsu Stylistic ST6012 tablet PC

It’s a little late that Fujitsu Siemens sells its new tablet PC, the Stylistic ST6012, which has a price around $1,999 for the basic model and with all options for around $4,000.

Announced in September, Fujitsu took a little late, but is now ready to market its tablet PC. On the program, there is a 12-inch WXGA display with a resolution of 1280 x 800, a SATA hard drive of 160 GB, 2 GB of memory and a Core 2 Duo SU9400 running at 1.4 GHz.

It is possible to request the inclusion of a SSD drive instead of the hard drive, a UWB module (for wireless USB peipherals) and the Intel Turbo memory which is a flash memory soldered to the motherboard and is supposed to improve performance. You can also update the memory up to 4GB.

The tablet pc Fujitsu U2010 is now available in the United States. It preferred the name U820, and is available in several variations: the first with a touch screen 5.6″ WXGA Crystal View, an Intel Atom Z530, 1GB of RAM DDR2, the WiFi a/b/g/n, Bluetooth, a 60GB hard drive (4200rpm) and an integrated GPS for $999. For $1,299, you will be entitled to 120GB of disk space. Add $80 and you’ll get SSD (64GB…)

Announced as the successor to the T2010, the T2020 here is the Fujitsu Tablet PC, equipped with a 12.1″ screen convertible (resolution 1280×800 pixels), an Intel Centrino 2 chipset, hard drives 80 to 250GB (7200rpm) or 160GB to 5400 rpm, of SSD optional, 1GB of RAM (or 2 or 4GB Turbo RAM), Windows XP or Vista, the choice of WiFi, gigabit ethernet, Bluetooth 2.1 and 3G WWAN HSUPA, again Optional. Available by the end of the year for prices ranging from $1699 to 2500.
