Philips has a very small part of the mobile phone market, and is known for its superior battery life. The same applies to the Xenium X700 – the last in the Xenium range has a phenomenal self standby of 720 hours and 450 minutes talk time! This may be partly due to the lack of 3G connectivity, which consumes a lot of energy if you like surfing with your mobile phone.
