The Epson ST1XX series is known for offering the smaller Japanese desktop PCs of the manufacturer with a size of only 75×185x195mm. And today, Epson has announced an update to its ST120 now powered by a Core 2 Duo P8400 (2.26GHz), 1GB of RAM, 80 GB hard drive (you can “upgrade” it up to 320 GB of storage space), a GM45 Express chipset.
In any case, it seems that this mini desktop PC is designed to be the perfect HTPC through its digital TV tuner MonsterTV HDUS, HDMI output, and its Blu-Ray drive.
And if you tend to seek power, Epson has also planned to propose Core 2 Duo P8600, T9400 and T9600 CPUs.
Finally, be aware that the basic ST120 with Blu-Ray and HDTV tuner is sold in Japan at an interesting price of only 137,500 Japanese yen ($1,530).
