Two new netbooks in Japan

The Japanese love netbooks, like the rest of the world, and two new models release in Japan today, and it seems we don’t see elsewhere. The Kohjinsha ML6 has a glossy screen of 8.9″ (1024 x 600) and weighs 1kg. Regarding the Trigem Averatec AVN0270NB, this netbook of 10.2″ has a resolution of 1024 x 576 with a battery life of 5 hours. The specifications between these two netbooks include an Intel Atom N270, 1GB of RAM, a 160GB hard drive and Wi-Fi connectivity. The ML6 and the AVN0270NB are respectively priced at $408 and $459.

Kohjinsha ML6KL12F netbook

The new Kohjinsha ML6KL12F is a fairly complete netbook including a OneSeg Tuner, sold with Windows XP Home Edition and Office Personal 2007 for the price of 59,800 yen, or $663. Light, it weighs only 1.08 kg and strong, it supports a maximum load of 100 kg. The interior is a classic Atom N270 processor (1.60GHz), 1GB of RAM, an Intel 945GSE Express chipset, 120GB of storage and a 8.9 inch display with 1024 x 600 resolution. Always a good connection with this manufacturer with SD/Memory Stick/ MMC port, 2 x USB2 ports, an ExpressCard/34 slot and of course, an Ethernet jack.
