Rely on Bang & Olufsen equipment out horribly expensive, and this applies also to the BeoVision8 LCD HDTV. Available in 40 models, the BeoVision8 HDTV includes:

BenQ LCD G Series monitors

BenQ has not abandoned the party leaving a new LCD G Series that offers full HD images, and you can choose from 10 different models – which should be sufficient to suit all budgets. Ranging from 15.6-inch wide and 24-inch wide, the G Series LCD monitors offer five 720p models and the other five are models for 1080p High Definition. The first five consist of G2020HD/HDA 20″, G920HD/HDA 18.5″ and the G610HDA 15.6″ that includes a native 16:9 format, while the five others include the BenQ Full HD G2411HD/HDA 24″, G2410HD 23.6″ and G2220HD/HDA 21.5″. These full HD displays deliver 100% of Full HD 1080p content for ultimate image quality on your desktop. They will be available worldwide at the end of the month, and China will be the first market to have them.

BenQ E2200HD LCD monitor available in Korea

The E2200HD LCD monitor by BenQ is now available for sale in the Korean market. This model has a diagonal measurement of 22 inches (16:9 ratio and resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels), a contrast ratio of 10,000:1, a response time of 2ms, Senseye and AMA (Advanced Motion Accelerator) technologies of BenQ, an HDMI 1.3 port, 3 USB ports and D-sub and DVI ports. No price has been communicated for this display.

IIYAMA and its Full HD LCD monitors of 22-inch and 24-inch

IIYAMA Japan has just unveiled new displays, the ProLite E2209HDS (22-inch for a price of 29,800 yen ($330)) and the ProLite B2409HDS (24-inch for 34,800 yen ($385)). For these displays there, you will receive Full HD resolutions (for both), with a contrast ratio of 1,000:1 and a brightness of 300cd/m².
Our LCD monitors have also HDMI, DVI-D and analog RGB ports, as well as the different ECO mode and “Picture Mode”.

GH-ACH243SHB: New 23.6-inch Full HD LCD display by Green House

I don’t know what happens to our Japanese manufacturers, but they all decided to release their displays at the same time!
In short, this is the GH-ACH243SHB, the latest 23.6-inch LCD monitor of Green House, which offers a 1920×1080 resolution, a contrast ratio of 1,000:1 (up to 30,000:1 in DCR mode), a brightness of 300cd/m², and having DVI-D (HDCP), HDMI, and D-SUB ports … All this for the modest price of 32 800 yen ($360) …

HP DreamColor LP2480zx: A display with 1 billion of colors

HP and DreamWorks Animation have formed a partnership to the DreamColor initiative which gave rise to DreamColor LP2480zx display capable of displaying 1 billion of colors in 30 bits to give rise to a range of displays for professionals. The DreamColor LP2480zx is available in 24-inch wide display with 1920 x 1200 pixels resolution. Price: around $2,500.

Samsung 2494HS SyncMaster display

Samsung unveils a 23″ display, the 2494HS SyncMaster, displaying a contrast ratio of 1000:1, a response time of 5ms, a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, the DVI-D and VGA, HDMI and HDCP. Price: $420, for mid-December in Japan.

Acer offers two new LCD displays: the 21.5″ H223HQbmid and 24″ H243Hbmid. Both models have a resolution of 1920 x 1080, while many LCD monitors have a resolution of 1920 x 1200. Well, you can use it as full HD display for your entertainment – that’s the most important, no? The price of 21.5″ H223HQbmid and 24″ H243Hbmid are respectively $317 to $422. It’s good that Acer has not forgotten to add the HDMI port.
