Don’t remove the battery from your Mac laptops

Many of us remove the battery from our Mac laptops when it operated on the AC adaptor to prolong the life of the battery, this is a bad habit that must be lost. Indeed, the processor performance when the battery is not in place is significantly lower.

According to GearLog, the processor performance are reduced at more than 30% when the battery is removed. The results from tests of Cinebench with the battery plugged in and connected to the AC adaptor, the score reached 5 549. Without the battery, the score reached 3 504.

Apple Support has also written a page dedicated to the problem.

Available in 2 colors (Glossy Black or White) at a price of $389 for the U.S.. Amex Digital also offers the same model in drive version for $289.

According to the NY Times, it would appear that Apple is preparing a new product, which is placed between the iPhone and the MacBook at the waist. A good rumor as we adore. Stay tuned!

The MacBooks already sold out?

In any case, several sources agree to say that the MacBook and MacBook Pro are already out of stock in most Apple resellers. Examples include cities of San Francisco, Toronto or London … It seems that however the high prices of these models have not prevented the crowd to rush on these little jewels of technology.
